This course will highlight one of natures tastiest, though often misunderstood, ingredients: Mushrooms! We will highlight varieties and preparations that are sure to please almost anyone, even those that claim to dislike fungal foods. On the Menu: White Mushroom Pizza, Savory Chicken and Mushroom Crepes and Bourguignon Cremini Caps over Polenta.
