What is it? It’s Italian for ‘appetizer’. We here at Thyme in you Kitchen make a pass-time of antipasti.
What’s on the menu: Baked Olives with Chilies and Citrus, Sweet Pepper Vellutata, Salt Cod and Potato Brandade, Marinated Broad Beans, a light Fennel Arugula Salad, a small sampling of meats and cheeses, and to bring everything together: Homemade Hearth Bread!
BYOB - There are enough flavors in this course to pair well with any wine.
