Far from Italy, in the American Northwest, pizza has evolved beyond it Neapolitan roots. This class will feature both Chicago and Detroit style pizza. We will enjoy out creations here, in class, with a light arugula salad.
BYOB - Dry reds like Pinot Noir pair well with these zesty pizzas.
