Irish food can be romantic! We will be preparing a Whiskey Braised Beef Shank Osso-Bucco with Root Vegetables, a Hearty Colcannon Soup with Homemade Soda Bread and for dessert: Guinness Chocolate Cakes.

BYOB - I suppose an Irish Stout would pair well with this class for obvious reasons ^.^
